Maid 2 Shine left out house shining.. they did a fabulous job at our condo. Our condo had been closed since the last tenants left a few months ago, we are getting new tenants in December and they did a phenomenal job at cleaning. They even pointed out a few things that weren't working well so we can have it fixed before the tenants move in. Our heat / hot water wasn't working as well and the girls had to work in cold and with cold water, which I had no idea about, but they managed to still make my home lovely again and even said they would.come.back and clean if the tenants find any issues. I would definitely recommend Maid 2 Shine for your next cleaning.

Commercial cleaning- We are in the process of moving to a larger office in Ann Arbor and were not happy with the quality of cleanliness in our office that we were moving from. We decided to find a new cleaning company for the 6,000 sf office we are moving into. Maid II Shine was 1 of 4 cleaning companies that we had come in to provide us a quote for our new office space. Maid II Shine impressed us when they did the walk through the new office space. They were professional, courteous and very friendly. When we received all the quotes, we decided to go with Maid II Shine as our new company. On 2 days notice, they were able to get a crew out to clean our old office for the final walk through from the building owner and also do an initial cleaning of our new office. Even though the office we were moving from had been cleaned within the last week, Maid II Shine amazed me with how much better it looked when they were done cleaning. After finishing at the former office, they went directly to our new office and continued cleaning. They did an amazing job and found some things that we had overlooked when going over the punch list with the contractor for the building.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Maid ll Shine wants each customer to understand our price before the job is performed. The initial thumbtack estimate is based off of the details the customer has provided about their home. Communication between the pro and the customer is important to ensure all details about their want and needs is known prior. Maid ll Shine offers many discounts. Weekly- 20% Bi-weekly-10% Monthly- 5 % In addition to new customer discounts
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a strategic method to ensure each new customer feels comfortable. After the initial thumbtack request, Maid II Shine will contact you, sending a quote based off the details you provided. A phone call may be scheduled to guarantee the new customer knows all details. For example, floor type. A date and time will be set to the convenience of the customer. Maid ll Shine will arrive early to walk thru the home with the new customer, discussing all needs. Then, sit back and relax and let maid ll shine get to work!
