- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Maid ll Shine wants each customer to understand our price before the job is performed. The initial thumbtack estimate is based off of the details the customer has provided about their home. Communication between the pro and the customer is important to ensure all details about their want and needs is known prior. Maid ll Shine offers many discounts. Weekly- 20% Bi-weekly-10% Monthly- 5 % In addition to new customer discounts
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a strategic method to ensure each new customer feels comfortable. After the initial thumbtack request, Maid II Shine will contact you, sending a quote based off the details you provided. A phone call may be scheduled to guarantee the new customer knows all details. For example, floor type. A date and time will be set to the convenience of the customer. Maid ll Shine will arrive early to walk thru the home with the new customer, discussing all needs. Then, sit back and relax and let maid ll shine get to work!
