- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins with a phone call to understand the project. The customer sends photos and a follow up phone call provides enough information to give a window or door quote. There is no sales pressure and customers are provided with literature and product information to inform their decision on their time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner has more than three decades of window manufacturing, installation and sales experience. David Mattoon will provide customers with window insight to ensure a successful project.
