- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be very fair with my pricing. In most all cases I provide up front pricing of the project, unless there are many unknowns. and even then, I will work with you to help understand the costs along the way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first want to talk with you to find out exactly what it is that you are looking for and then agree to next steps. in each step of the process, I believe clear and concise communications are essential. I never want to leave you wondering what is going on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of maintaining and updating residential properties.
