- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is priced based on the job, we offer a 5% discount to Senior Citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally we will get a few questions answered over phone or email to start with and set up a time to meet and discuss the project. At the time of the meeting we will measure and get pictures that will be used to estimate the project. We will go over options with the customer and present them with a quote generally before we leave the site. Once a customer decides to use us, we will get paperwork completed and signed (e.g. contract, financing documents, etc.) and schedule the project. Depending on the type of project it may be a couple weeks to over a month before we can start the project. We will be in communication during that time leading up to the project and usually speak to the customer at least once a day during the course of a project. Once work is completed we will do a final walk around, thorough clean up and provide the customer with final invoice for balance due.

I am a licensed residential builder with over 15 years of experience in the industry both working for myself as well as for other builders.
