Stopped replying completely to texts and thumbtack messages after I gave him the address to properties. Perhaps he didnt like the inner city locations.

I can't quite comment on their work quality (yet), but they've been professional and easy to deal with. I contacted them and received a reply same day, had them out for an estimate the following week. Their prices are very competitive too. As I ran into a scheduling conflict, I hope to be able to review their work come spring.
