When both cleaners arrived, I had advised that I was hoping for a “nooks and crannies” type of clean for the entire bottom floor, focusing on small spaces such as in the crevice of the window sill, under the washer and dryer, and in the cracks of the dishwasher. While I was satisfied by the carpet cleaner that came, after further inspection, I was disappointed by the job completed by the general cleaner.
The general cleaner was here for 2.5 hours. Throughout her time here, I consistently advised on areas that I wanted addressed. When the job was complete, I assumed that all was taken care of accordingly. However, upon further inspection, I have noticed several areas that were not cleaned, including under the dishwasher, the top of the fridge, and the entire laundry room. This was surprising since I did see her cleaning the front of the fridge, so I expected the top to be cleaned as well, and even with the downstairs bedroom fan, the blades were cleaned but spider webs were still left on the hanging switches. Finally, it looked like the entire laundry room wasn’t even touched.
While I acknowledged that it is my mistake of not doing a full check of the house before letting the cleaner leave, I expected a more thorough job from someone who had been working for 2.5 hours and only needed to do corner/smaller areas rather than the entire space.
While I did not plan on requesting any type of refund, I did contact No BS Cleaning to express my concerns and they left me on read. I was once again disappointed that they never got back to me.

We hired this company awhile ago to clean our rental property! We didnt think it was that dirty until we saw before and after photos. Man bishop and Sam worked their butts off to give me the best looking home I could imagine. We hired them for our property after. Theyre on time and always in such a good mood. Next time I need any type of cleaning they will be the first place I call!
