They did an excellent job. Very punctual. The female electrician who installed our chandelier was awesome. (Rebecca, Sorry if I remember the name wrong) We had 20ft ceilings and not many people able to do the job. Very professional, tidy and polite

Details: Replacement of existing lighting • 1 light • Over 14 feet (lofty ceiling) • Indoors • Existing property • House

Rebecca came out to install my EV charger. She was absolutely phenomenal and so polite. She explained everything she was doing, and took the time to make sure we didn’t have any questions or concerns. Would 100% use this company again

Details: 8 - 10 feet (standard ceiling) • House

I am so incredibly pleased with my lights and switches! The entire process was very professional and the team delivered exactly what was requested. The pricing was competitive, in my humble opinion and the team worked quickly to get my electrical project completed, If you’re looking for an electrical team, I would highly encourage you to give them a call; I am confident you won’t be disappointed.

Overall it was average experience to me. They installed recessed lights, but not very perfect in making holes. Some places the wholes are imperfect and can see the gap between ceiling an lights. At some places, crack on ceiling dry wall is done. Was asked to install 2 switches to control 4 bulbs with each switch. They said it needs drywall to be cut. Don't understand why. There is sufficient attic access. Seems they just don't want to use and make new wiring. But the same was discussed during the quotation. Overall it functions, but not satisfied

Details: Replacement of existing lighting • 11-20 lights • 8 - 10 feet (standard ceiling) • Indoors • Existing property • Condo or apartment

Propel Tech and Electric's reply
Good morning Kiran, I’m sorry to hear you were not fully satisfied with the installation of your recessed lights. We strive to go above and beyond with every electrical project, no matter how big or small. As we discussed at the time of your estimate, whenever replacing preexisting light fixtures with recessed lights, the holes are already made and unfortunately we are unable to see the pre-existing drywall damage until the light fixture is removed. Our team took additional time on each preexisting hole to cut them to proper size, but crumbling drywall can make this a challenge. As far as needing to make drywall holes to run a wire, a vaulted ceiling leaves our electricians with very little room to work in the attic, if any is available at all, this happened to be the case with your project and as much as we try to avoid making holes in a wall, there are situations where this is necessary to pass wires through studs. We want to thank you again for choosing Propel Tech and Electric with your project and hopefully we can exceed your expectations in the future.

Even running into a problem left by whoever first put in the line didn't faze them. A quick run Home Depot and the work was finished. They'll be my first choice for my next electrical project.
