- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price is per hour. This does not include organizational tools such as containers/bins/etc. That would be added on if needed or requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we need to schedule an assessment and define exactly what you'd like done with the space. Post assessment we need to consider if any containers, bins, or other organizational tools will need to be purchased for the space. Next, we need to agree on a date and time to come and organize the space! Our team gives an estimate on the timeframe needed to organize the space, however, every project varies. We do our best to give you the best estimate possible.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Both home owners and businesses. A future skillset we are working on offering is digital organization as well. Keep an eye out! Anything from computer documents, media files, digital photos, and more can be organized easily and maintained monthly, quarterly, or annually with our team!
