- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start with a 15-minute phone conversation where we talk about your needs and goals. After our consultation, we will set up our first session together! I offer both in-person and virtual organizing. Pricing is determined based on the scope of work and is charged on an hourly basis with discounted packages available for large projects. Customized written plans are also available as a virtual service if you prefer to DIY! As part of my in-person organization service I will: - Curate a shopping list of recommended products, as needed - Help you work through the emotional and physical aspects of getting rid of things to find "peace" in your space - Create organization systems tailored to work for your unique lifestyle - Label, as needed. Having a "home" for everything is very important to long-term maintenance of organizational systems - Haul away up to one car-load of donations per session or coordinate a pick-up for you - Provide ongoing phone/email support, as needed I also offer Personal Shopping as an add-on service, available upon request! I bring expertise and knowledge about a variety of products' quality, appearance, size, appropriate use, and price. I can shop for you and physically bring the products I recommend for your space to our session. Your budget & preferences will be taken into consideration. Products are not included in the cost of service. Upon project completion, I will return whatever you don't keep.
