FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every accounting service is different; hence it is challenging to have a standardized pricing system. For example, if I prepare a simple tax return for you, the starting cost can be as low as $150. For more complex returns and accounting service my fee will reflect the amount of time I speculate the service will take. For tax returns, my fee is never based on the size of your refund; it is an unethical practice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My key objective is to ensure my customers are comfortable throughout the process. I engage with them to better understand their needs so I can provide the most value-added service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Licensed CPA, with a bachelor's in applied accounting and also hold an MBA in Information Systems Management. I have over 18 years of accounting experience including public accounting with Deloitte and Ernst & Young. I have over 5 years' experience as a paid income tax preparer. I do have a Full-time job as Director of Accounting for an automotive supplier.
