The gal from the company did a very good job cleaning my home. She was flexible and helpful when asked to do a few things I wanted done. The upstairs was cleaned during 1 visit. The downstairs was done on another day. I will be scheduling another visit soon.

We had a great experience receiving a deep cleaning from Michaela and her team. She reached out to confirm my booking on Thumbtack and setup a time with me to call and ask more questions to gain a better understanding of my expectations for the deep cleaning. She provided a timeframe of arrival, texted the day before, and when she was on her way the day of the cleaning. Upon arrival she asked for a quick walkthrough and confirmed expectations of areas we wanted her to focus on. Upon completion she discussed what she was able to complete in the allotted time we discussed and discussed expectations for reoccurring standard cleanings. What we liked most about the cleaning was the attention to detail, hitting frequently missed areas. She was extremely thorough and worked quickly and consistently. She was prepared with all materials she would need, which we were extremely surprised but happy about. The cleaning solutions she uses got the job done, but did not provide an overly powerful bleach smell, which we also liked having very young children. We plan to book her for reoccurring cleanings!

Michael did an excellent first clean. I needed a deep clean and she delivered. My shower door track was so clean I thought she replaced it. Very sweet and kind. She is now my person for biweekly cleaning.
