We deliver happiness through home cleaning services. We offer simple flat pricing based on the size of the home given the number of bedrooms/bathrooms. No surprises. We communicate honestly and openly-no upsells or hidden pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to simplify the process. We confirm your booking and send a reminder. When we arrive at your home, we will follow a detailed checklist in order to ensure nothing is overlooked. After your first appointment, we'll call and ask for feedback in order to ensure you are completely satisfied with our service. We strive to exceed each and every one of our clients' expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
You can expect your maid to have a deep understanding of each step of the cleaning process and can guide you through it. They are all fluent in English, background-checked and courteous.
