Great communication from the beginning. My first experience using thumbtack and Clean Queen for cleaning my Air Bnb. I recommend Clean Queen and I plan on using them again. I had a very specific time frame to clean my place with relatively short notice and she came through, got my place all set and ready with time to spare.

I hired this company for a deep clean and I did not get that. The woman who came out was very sweet and kind but basically just dusted my house. My bathroom sinks are all still dirty as well as the counter tops. I specifically asked for the baseboards to get done and they did not. And you could tell nothing was dusted under just around. Overall unimpressed.

I cannot even begin to describe how poor my experience with Melanie of Clean Queen was.
I had her out to clean and we both agreed to reschedule because we weren’t quite ready yet. I paid her for her time because I felt bad that she came out here and I’m not a piece of sh*t.
Fast forward to today. We had her back out. The house was way better than it was previously. Most things were in the uhaul. We discussed moving things to the center of the room. That was done. Unfortunately we are still living here as we are moving across the country so there’s only so much we can do. I gave her the things that didn’t need to be done because I knew they weren’t accessible. We left them to do their thing (big mistake). This is where I messed up. I paid her for her work sight unseen. My bad. She was here for ONE hour. One hour for a move out clean. $400 FOR ONE HOUR LOL. Other than wiping down counters and cleaning the guest bathroom (that actually did get cleaned, congrats on actually doing your job in one part of the house) nothing else was touched. The oven, fridge, cabinets, fan blades, window sills, lights. Surfaces were dusty. There was plenty accessible she could have done and simply chose not to. She had my number, she could have asked. I’ve seen better cleaning from a child. Just because you have a vacuum, doesn’t mean you should start a cleaning business. She did, at most, $50 worth of work. I was willing to settle with $100. She refuses to budge. She’s delusional if she thinks this was a $400 job.
Do yourself a favor and find someone else. I’d leave negative stars if I could.
