Unfortunately had a poor experience with Kevin. I hired him to fix a window leak and he started off well, removed some of the drywall, identified where the air and water leak was and started to repair it. He was not able to complete it on that day and promised to come the next day to finish the work. he never showed up after multiple texts and phone calls. I ultimately had to hire an another individual who finished the work.
