FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a variety of discounts including a Military and Educator, and occasionally we have seasonal marketing campaigns.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation: We start by understanding your needs. Whether it’s through a phone call, an online inquiry, or an in-person meeting, we’ll discuss your project goals, preferences, and any specific requirements for your fence. On-Site Visit & Measurement: We’ll schedule a time to visit your property to assess the area, take accurate measurements, and discuss design options. This ensures we fully understand your space and can recommend the best solutions. Proposal & Estimate: After the site visit, we’ll prepare a detailed proposal. This includes material options, project timeline, and a transparent estimate. We aim to give you a clear idea of what to expect. Approval & Scheduling: Once you approve the proposal, we’ll schedule the installation date at a time that’s convenient for you. We work efficiently to minimize disruption and make sure everything is done in a timely manner. Installation: Our professional team will install your fence with precision and care, following all safety and quality standards. We keep you informed throughout the process and ensure everything meets your expectations. Final Walkthrough & Cleanup: After installation, we’ll do a final walkthrough with you to ensure you’re completely satisfied. We clean up the work area, leaving your property as we found it, except now with a beautiful new fence! Post-Installation Support: Our relationship doesn’t end when the fence is installed. We offer post-installation support and are available for any questions or maintenance needs you might have down the road.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As the owner of Top Rail I started doing this work as an opportunity to run a business from the beginning. I previously worked for large corporations and decided to make a switch to small business ownership. I always had an interest in craftsmanship, and when the opportunity came I decided this was the best fit for me.
