- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do our best to give you exact pricing before we get there. We don't want to be a bait and switch company so we ask tons of questions before we scheduled an appointment. We don't believe in being pushy or over selling any service or product. If we believe a service or an addition to any service you request will benefit you and your family, we will simply advise you of it and ask if you would like a quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to speak with all of our customers prior to scheduling an appointment. We also use text messaging so feel free to text us anytime. On the day of your service, you will get a text message to show we are on the way. We then do a walk through with the customer and make the customer aware of our process during the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are IICRC certified in carpet cleaning. We are also licensed and insured in the State of Michigan. We stay up to date with all new products and training which includes CE credits yearly.
