FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I customize the price based on the details of the event, but it's primarily based on how many hours and where it is.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out what type of atmosphere they want at the event by asking questions and listening, advising and bringing out their ideas. Determine if I'm a good fit for them and their budget based on their preferences. Work with them to understand my responsibilities for the event, and be ready to perform at the highest level. Throughout the process, prompt communication and follow-through is also important!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
