I had Osario paint the exterior of my house, he was very professional and I am extremely detail oriented so it wasn't easy for him to make me happy, but he did!! He took the time to make sure it was done correctly and came back to fix any issues I found. I am very impressed with his work and attention to detail. Thank you Osario!

Horrible results! Nice guy, nice family, but doesn’t back up his work. He guaranteed his work quality for 5 years. When paint started peeling a month later (this was paint Osorio said was great to use) I called and left messages which he never returned and eventually his phone was disconnected. Thought he went outta business but got thumbtack today and saw his add. I’m out $1500 and the deck is worse than ever! He never got back to me to make it right.
