- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do charge a design fee if your project requires one. After finalizing your project, we accept a 10% deposit to schedule, a 50% deposit a minimum of 1 week before starting your project to purchase all the materials, and then the remaining 40% is due upon satisfactory completion of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is a consultation over the phone where we get more information. Then we schedule an on site visit where we take necessary pictures and measurements. From there we will work on a quote or a design if the project requires one. After that we are ready to finalize material selection and get the project on our schedule.

I started cutting grass in my neighborhood and quickly realized I loved working outdoors and creating beautiful landscapes
