Found basement flooded and contacted the team. Joseph gave the call back promptly and sent Zach to take a look. Zach is super nice and helpful to recover sump pump and estimate the situation. Although I didn’t go through more project with the team due to my insurance coverage, they are super helpful and I will definitely considering hire them for my basement project in future!

Matt was very flexible and easy to work with. He came out within a day with his crew to demo our basement which is in need of a serious facelift. His prices were reasonable and the work was done quickly and efficiently. Would have taken us weeks to do what his crew accomplished in half a day!

I hired Elite restoration group to do demolition on the entire interior of a home I purchased from the Detroit Land Bank, and they did a great job. They were thorough, quick, and professional. My house looks quite amazing compared to before and I can't thank them enough for getting me one step closer to moving in.

I have discovered my Go-To resource for A-N-Y maintenance and improvement projects inside or outside my home! Start with the initial contact: Matthew reached out to me, discussed the scope of my project, used pictures I sent to affirm his understanding, and provided an estimate IN MINUTES! Next, he was able to tell me exactly when he could have the right sized team out to do the project. None of the: "I'll get back to you about our availability"... he delivered that information WITH the estimate! Icing on the cake was Matthew was able to appoint two great guys to do our patio demolition the very next day! The team was friendly, efficient, hard-working. The vehicle was branded, clean, and - one of my biggest pet peeves when contractors park in my driveway - DID NOT LEAK FLUIDS ONTO MY CEMENT (I just know there are those reading this who have signature oil stains on their driveway and know exactly what I am celebrating with this comment). Hands down, a GREAT experience... and I am certain it will not be my last project partnering with Matthew and Elite Restoration Group.
