Found basement flooded and contacted the team. Joseph gave the call back promptly and sent Zach to take a look. Zach is super nice and helpful to recover sump pump and estimate the situation. Although I didn’t go through more project with the team due to my insurance coverage, they are super helpful and I will definitely considering hire them for my basement project in future!

Matt and his team were fantastic. I am working out of town so I could not be home when the work was done. Matt’s team communicated with my wife so she knew what was going on during the project. The floors look amazing. I threw more work at them and they took it in stride and did all my trim in the house also. They finished quickly and it was great quality work. Matt and I communicated often and he was very responsive when I sent a message on Thumbtack. I will definitely hire them again if I need more work. Don’t hesitate to hire them!

I have discovered my Go-To resource for A-N-Y maintenance and improvement projects inside or outside my home! Start with the initial contact: Matthew reached out to me, discussed the scope of my project, used pictures I sent to affirm his understanding, and provided an estimate IN MINUTES! Next, he was able to tell me exactly when he could have the right sized team out to do the project. None of the: "I'll get back to you about our availability"... he delivered that information WITH the estimate! Icing on the cake was Matthew was able to appoint two great guys to do our patio demolition the very next day! The team was friendly, efficient, hard-working. The vehicle was branded, clean, and - one of my biggest pet peeves when contractors park in my driveway - DID NOT LEAK FLUIDS ONTO MY CEMENT (I just know there are those reading this who have signature oil stains on their driveway and know exactly what I am celebrating with this comment). Hands down, a GREAT experience... and I am certain it will not be my last project partnering with Matthew and Elite Restoration Group.

Matt is a great contractor. He is excellent at coordinating everything for you so you don't have to worry about organizing anything yourself. He has guys for almost everything, and works to get all the work done when you need it. We are using him for a lot of home projects. Chimney removal, drywall, framing, he even got us set up with HVAC guys to get a new water heater, furnace, and AC. He's got good pricing if you want things done right and done well the first time. Matt is friendly and so is everyone in his crew, and the outside companies he hires as well. We really appreciate not having to worry about hiring a bunch of different people ourselves anymore. Now we just talk to Matt and he deals with talking to everyone else for us. Perfect.
