- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Riverside Restoration uses an industry standard pricing system called Xactimate that is widely used for contractors and insurance professionals alike. During inspections, we put together an estimate and provide discounts to anyone who is paying out of pocket for the work and is not covered by insurance. We specialize in customers that have no coverage just as well as customers that do have coverage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with new customers starts with responding and showing up to the job as soon as possible to prevent further damage. Next, our certified team will walk through the job entirely before we start so the homeowner knows what to expect during the job. During the walkthrough, a member of our team will take detailed pictures of the damage before the work is started for a visual documentation. Once everything has been talked over and we get the ok from the homeowner, then we start the work.
