- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with all new client to discuss their expectations of the project they are looking to do. We ask questions and give suggestions if the client is not familiar with the process. An estimate is provided for review, and the client has the opportunity to ask questions or express concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the masonry industry for 42 years. I have worked for high end cliental in the Grand Rapids area for the past 20 years. Prior to starting my business, I worked for large companies overseeing multiple jobs at once. I have an eye for detail and provide a quality service.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in the masonry industry at the age of 18. I worked as a labor for a small company specializing in stonework. I was inspired by the artistry of the trade and decided I wanted to make it a career. I began working with skilled masons to learn the artistry in detail and worked my way to the top.
