- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe everyone should be able to afford professional pictures of their most special moments. If you are low-income, lets talk about a possible sliding scale.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with new clients is to get to know them as much as possible so I can get a feel for the style of photography that would best suit them. Along with contracts, I ask my clients to fill out a questionnaire in order to get to know them but not take too much of their time. Clients are free to ask as many questions as they need to to feel confident in their session. I also express the importance of sharing any issues they may have. I strive to see my clients 100% satisfied!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had a professional mentor for 10 years and a knack for composition and taking great candid pictures. Various photograohy classes taken at Seacoast Photography School.
