FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have checked in with local companies/cleaners like myself, we all seem to have the same general pricing system. One thing that I believe stands out about me is that I don't have a confusing rate program. If you would like a one time clean, I will give you a one time rate, if you want recurring cleaning, I am going to offer you a house rate, that I will honor and we will get everything "deep cleaned" in a rotational routine so that there are no initial hard hitting "deep cleaning" charges other companies may do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet new customers, so I can see the house, find out what is most important to my customer and find out what areas the house will need "special attention".
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In highschool, I was a motel cleaner. I was trusted to check the work of my peers as well. I worked in a few different hotels as the housekeeping staff. I worked doing construction, construction office work, construction cleaning of new residential buildings. In 2011, I told a woman I had met doing another job about my idea to run my own business, she asked me what I was waiting for and told me to go for it, I gave it a go in 2012, as a side occupation and in 2013 started cleaning full time.
