There had been some kind of schedule error but once that was fixed Tim was on time. He provided me with information regarding my stove and made some energy saving ideas. My stove draws so better now. Passing his name to my daughter and have already scheduled my spring cleaning.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my prices vary pet job but my labor rate is $225/hour and chimney cleaning start at $300.00. standard chimney inspections start at $300. Rates are subject to change based on required set up and distance driven. All new customers will have level 2 inspection included with chimney cleaning price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers should expect to be scheduled for a minimum level 2 inspection for any chimney repairs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do a lot of reading about new products and I am always up on new code changes. Ihave been in the chimney repair field for over 30 year. We attended industry training events to continue our education.
