- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
i’m not the lowest price, but I’m not the highest price. I try to give quality over quantity we do have a elderly and a veteran discount a 5% for both up to 10% and they’re both elderly and veteran we try to take care of our vets and our elderly as best as we can and I feel like that’s the best way of giving back to them
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
it usually starts with one phone call to start getting some details information about the roof. What’s your time schedule looking like how they want it done what materials they would like and it usually goes from there. It’s hard to say and step-by-step process because every customer is different.
