Having James perform work on my home was an absolute pleasure! He showed up right on time, was very professional and insightful about the work he did for me. I was very impressed with his problem solving skills and how he always kept me in the loop with what was going on.
It’s hard to find a handyman of his stature and I will absolutely be bringing him back for my next home project!

I hired James to look at a large chest of drawers that hold oversized charts and blueprints etc and the drawers no longer worked and I could not get them out - they would not slide out and there did not appear to be a way to unlatch the sliders . He looked at it for short while and had not seen that type of sliders before but in no time he figured it out. He got the whole thing done in maybe 15 minutes. So then I asked him to look at the next problem I had which was an overhead light fixture. He had that done even faster. He helped with 3 more other items as well . He is a really great problem solver. Very happy to help with anything and flexible and I hope I will be able to call on him again with whatever comes up. He is great. ***** 5 out of 5.

James showed up on time, was super commutative and walked me through all the steps he was taking so I would understand what was happening but also how the price would be broken down later. He was hired for a few odds and ends but noticed the our toilet was running more than it should and took the time to investigate and fix it for us, even though it wasn’t what we’d originally hired him for. Very appreciative for his willingness to help. Overall, high quality work, detail oriented, fair pricing (especially for his skill and willing to go above and beyond the basic job). Will definitely be reaching out again for jobs in the future.
