- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
DrA.)"Yes, and our standard pricing system isn't complicated at all. We provide all potential clients with our free services of an on site or, in home free estimate. For all returning clients that desire for Classia to complete another home improvement project on their property. We provide a standard return client discount of 15% off their invoice balance.' B.) The standard pricing system is based upon the type of home improvement Services that a client is inquiring about. (For an example) If a client in inquiring about an interior painting project that they would like to be completed. The standard price that would be summited. Would be based upon how many gallons of paint the project needed to be completed and they are looking to be applied. As well as how many colors they desire to use? C.) If any potential clients that would like to inquire about a home improvement project? They are looking to obtain an accurate quote for. Please, feel free to contact Classia at anytime. We are more then happy to help anyone in any way we can. If clients have any questions or concerns regarding their home improvement projects? Even if they decide to obtain another company's Services to complete their project? As long as we could be a help to them with the completion of there project or educational purposes due to their projects process to the right direction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
"The typical process for working with any new customer is the same process that is followed with any customer new or repeats. First the contact is made, then if the poternial customer would like a free on site or in home qoute? Then one is scheduled for the initial meet and greet. To review their home improvement projects that they are looking to get completed, then their ideas relating to their home improvement projects are discussed, and then we submit their requested qoute down to the last detail. Then if they desire to hire Classia to complete their home improvement projects? All they have to do is contact us anytime to schedule another meeting to go through our standard contract together." - How did you get started doing this type of work?
Well, I was raised in a big family of eight children and once I turned old enuff to start working. I would either join my grandfather or farther on their job site's being there little helper. Then during school breaks and my summers growing up. It eventually turned into a full time employment between the both of them. My grandfather and farther were the two first people that I learned from and all their technics became mine. I did take a brake from the industry to attend college and always completing project in between to earn income. Then after three years of collage I decided open up a company of my own.
