- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a spot somewhere on a price scale where you the customer get what you want or more and I am able to continue doing this work. Thats what I always strive for and as a result folks tend to leave happy with what we've made together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get an idea for what the client has in mind. If they want a somber video I don't want to miss that and bring them something with party rock in the background. To make sure we're on the same page I tend to ask alot of questions and find exactly what will make you happy and strive for that. After I have the vision, I move forward and do all I can in any department to help. Once I know what you're after your project becomes my project and together we shoot for the stars.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I keep an ongoing education in video, audio, and editing as technology continually advances I like to know the most I can about the tools and process I work with to bring you the best product I can.
