Luis from Master Elite Construction explained all the aspects of the job to us when he came to give estimate for siding job. Very professional and informing. We woke up this morning to a bad roof leak, likely from the ice dams that have accumulated on the roof this winter, and it was such a relief to hear back immediately from Luis with Master Elite, offering a concrete plan for a free estimate. Recognizing the emergency that it was he rearranged another morning appointment so he could come first thing and take a look at our property, walking us through the repairs that would be needed and how to work with our home owners insurance company to get the best value for repairs. He also took photos, which we need to document the problem for insurance, and got right to work clearing the ice dams from our roof to prevent further leakage. The larger repairs to the roof and interior will be a larger project unfolding over the coming days and weeks but I'm so grateful to have found such a responsive, well-informed, and conscientious expert to guide me through the steps forward, as well as taking quick action to fix the root of the problem, which he'd already done by noon the same day we discovered the leak. Amazing service!
