We are currently offering a free evaluation and temperament test to new clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step one is a free telephone consult to obtain information about your goals for the dog and any issues you might be having. Step two is a consultation and evaluation of your dog’s behavior and any issues it may be having at your home. Based on the prior phone call and this in-person interaction, a training plan will be presented that will address your dog’s issues and your goals for the dog. At this time practical relationship-shifting advice will be given about managing your dog, and your interactions in the home. Step three is agreeing to a specific training plan and hiring us. We begin to train your dog. Step four is the completion of training and transitioning the training to you and teaching you how to reinforce it. Step five is being ecstatic with the positive changes we’ve helped make for you and your dog. Step six is writing a great review for us on Thumbtack (thank you!)
