- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts on projects completed between 11/25 and 3/15 each year. Our focus during these months is on interior work, including chimneys, fireplaces, stone and brick veneer and foundation repair. We also offer tax-free materials and lower cost labor rates to 501(c)(3)'s.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is highly collaborative. At our first meeting, the project manager does a lot of listening to the clients' ideas and vision, while offering their expertise in providing guidance on design and material selection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the masonry trade, one starts out as a laborer, then proceeds to tending a mason. An experienced tender with talent might become an apprentice mason. Only those with long experience and skill become masons. Our owner followed this path, and all employees are similarly vetted and promoted when warranted.
