- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is honest and transparent. We charge by the load size. 1/4 truck load, 1/2 truck load, 3/4 truck load and full truck load. Due to the recent explosion in fuel costs our minimum fee is $95 which is standard and competitive in southern Maine area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will call prior to arrival to let the customer know we are on our way so they are prepared. We will arrive, remove the junk and cleanup afterwards.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all types of customers which include residential, commercial and industrial. If you have junk we will come and remove it and dispose of it appropriately.
