We needed a small bathroom tile job done and got a quote from Gaspar contractor that was quite fair. I was immediately impressed when he first showed up and put little surgical booties on over his boots when he came into the house. We've had a lot of tradesmen here over the years and cleanliness has never been their forte. He showed up early and did really excellent work as seen in the photo. He was kind to my dogs. There was some accidental damage done to the wall, no big deal it happens..he was apologetic and fixed it so nicely that we can't tell it ever happened. At the finish everything was cleaned up very well, better than any contractor we've hired before. We'll be hiring him again and I give my full recommendation to anyone looking to get some work done. Marcos helped save my DIY bathroom project. He and his colleague finished installing a penny tile floor which also required leveling the floor. They also installed the toilet and vanity. They paid good attention to detail and made sure to confirm any questions or decisions with me. They also handled any surprises well, which are numerous in our 1890s home. I'll reach out to Marcos again for any future work!
