Tiffany was really awesome with booking our trip. As soon as I reached out to her I let her know what I wanted and needed and she didn’t falter. Our trip also included our WEDDING so there was that on top of it, she stayed in contact with the resort and answered any questions I had. She also helped book my friends and family and let me know what extra options we had since we had a few others book under our wedding party which was super awesome! The trip was beautiful and the airfare was awesome as well. I’ve never used a travel agent before and I’m so glad I found her, I’ll use her for our next trip as well!

I have very little experience traveling, let alone traveling solo. Had I not contacted Tiffany and she not arranged my very last minute trip I wouldn’t have enjoyed a much needed vacation. I provided little direction on what I had hoped for (beach, warmth and peace I believe was all I provided!) and she planned my trip all within budget. I will definitely contact her for the next one as well!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In our experience, clients want value and I focus on delivering value, the best experiences and also insider tips for your vacation investment. We value your lifetime relationship not a one time booking agent. Consider me your personal world concierge . Because we are not affiliated with any hotel, resort or cruise company, our #1 priority is your vacation experience.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During an initial complimentary consultation we get to know each other, your travel style and discuss options for your trip. If we decide to work together, we charge an upfront non-refundable trip planning fee. The fee is based on the complexity of your trip and is always communicated up front. We then research the best options for your vacation and provide you with a detailed itinerary and quote, usually within 48-72 hours. Most vacations can be confirmed with a deposit and final payment is due on average 75 days prior to travel.
