- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and flexible. I received payment when the job is 100% satisfactory to my clients and I always warranty my work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to be as flexible as possible with my my schedule and meeting new customers. I prefer to have plenty of time to chat and meet so I can understand what they want to achieve and advise them of the best route to follow also point out if anything is needed further to preserve and or repair their home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I advertise as a painter and I am well versed in drywall repairs, textures popcorn removal. Over the last 15 years I have gained helpful knowledge as far as all facets of home repair are concerned which always saves my customers a lot of money.
