Jarad found exactly the siding and color I wanted. Not only that, he found it in stock and it was delivered within a day of me writing the check to hire him. He was prompt with the quote, knew exactly how much materials the job would take and how long the job would take from start to finish. I wasn’t promised anything that wasn’t delivered, and I didn’t pay for extra materials that weren’t needed. Doug was prompt to arrive each day, professional, knowledgeable and efficient in his work and very neat. I was excited to see the progress each day and didn’t have to wait until I got home, because either Jarad or Doug would text me pictures. Cleanup was great, there was no debris left anywhere and my flower beds were intact. FIVE STARS! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My house really needed a new roof but i didn't want to do it myself. So i hired Poole's home improvements to get my roof done. They were very quick to respond and very helpful. Brought in a great crew that got my roof done quick and looks great. Would definitely recommend them for any work you need some. Thanks Jarad!

Both Jarad and Doug were friendly and responsive. The work was delayed, it seems like forever, but this was due to other commitments they had, complicated by a lot of rainy days. The quality of the work was excellent.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to be competitive with the market. However my team gets well compensated for doing great work so often we are not the cheapest. However you will be satisfied when we have completed your project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get there contact info, get info on what they would like done. Provide and estimate look to see if they have questions, if we move forward then I take care of any questions they have along the way.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve been in the building materials industry for almost 20 years mostly on the sales side of the business I just enjoy helping people.
