If you’re going to schedule an appointment a week in advance, then call on the day of appointment and say you can’t make it, reschedule for next day between a certain time and still don’t show and I have to call to find out status and cancel everything that is not a very professional way to run a business.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is hard to set a standard price for cleaning . It all depends on a variety of variables. How big an area? How much clutter. Lots of cleaning, basic cleaning, additional services such as Windows, appliances, etc. Without seeing location. So all prices quoted are negotiable and no guarantee without seeing location
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before the Covid-19 I liked to go to location. Meet and greet and give a free estimate. That has all changed. However, with technology and enough experience to guesstimate and for the most part pretty close to cost. There’s FaceTime and photos to see the cleaning project too.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years experience . References available upon request. Also, insured and bonded. we also do background checks as well
