Thank you, Dirigo Property Services!!!! I am so incredibly grateful, and impressed with the quality of workmanship of everyone who worked on my home project. Each person went above and beyond and did excellent work. They were pleasant and enjoyable to have in my home, and easy to contact and communicate with. All the work was done efficiently and within the schedule we agreed upon. Dirigo Property Services beautifully re-did my old roof, tearing off the two layers of old shingles and cleaning up afterward. Their team was very efficient and worked hard, finishing the job in 4 hours! Beautiful work. Hugh and Meara installed a beautiful bathtub and surround with grab bars and high quality fittings, adding new sheet rock and under-flooring to the bath area - excellent work. Scot added a very attractive, well-built set of generous- sized new front steps with railings, and Ben put in a new electrical panel box, cleaning up my old wiring, and he, Ray, and also Scott R., changed lights and outlets and did all the other electrical work where needed. Maurice and his helper cleaned and fixed my gutters, too! I couldn't be happier with the work done, and the people who did it! We cannot recommend highly enough this great team of expert carpenters. Our 102 yr old eyebrow windows were dry rotted and leaking and Mike and his helper created new windows from scratch. They look better than the originals and retain the original charm and style of our home. Can't say enough about the friendliness, professionalism and expert work done by Scot, Mike and crew. Thank you a million times for windows that will last another 100 yrs.

If you want a job done right and in a timely manner, call this outfit. Less than 2 weeks between the first phone call and a new roof at my dad's house. Showed up when the weather was right and in 1 day, stripped the old roof and did some leaky roof repair and put the new roof on! Very efficient and would highly recommend for others!
