- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally charge by the single roll for wallpaper installation. I will usually ask for the quantity ordered to get a price for the customer. But if its a small job I have a flat rate that I use instead. The same goes for removing wallpaper too.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like speaking to the customer first to see if there are any questions they have with the type of work that will be done. Also, if I have any questions to help with the quote. For example, if the walls are in bad shape, we may need to do extra prep to get them where they need to be. These types of things my impact the overall quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been installing wall coverings for over 15 years. I can say that I have done about every type of wall covering. I was fortunate to have learned from many pro's in those years. All of them with over 25 years experience.
