- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive and based on the specific cleaning services needed. We offer discounts for regular cleaning services and are always upfront about any additional fees, such as travel costs or fees for specialized cleaning services. We believe in transparent pricing and want our customers to be fully informed about the costs associated with their cleaning project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process typically begins with an initial consultation to discuss the customer's needs and expectations. We'll then schedule a time for our team to come out and see the space, (You can send a video too) after which we'll provide a detailed quote for the cleaning services needed. Once the customer approves the quote, we'll schedule the cleaning appointment and get to work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team members have received extensive training in all aspects of cleaning, including the proper use of cleaning products and equipment, as well as safety and health standards. We also attend regular seminars and training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest cleaning techniques and technologies.
