I experienced professionalism from the start to the finish with a formal estimate through to the end. Living out of state made it challenging but Luke did a breakdown and sent pictures in the end. I was completely satisfied with the job well done and the price I paid. I will not hesitate to contact him again in the future.

Our experience with the Conant Andrews team for our remodel was beyond outstanding. This teams honesty, integrity, and dedication to the craft is as remarkable as it is rare. Ours was a complex remodel of a major portion of our home - completed while we were living in the home. This means we had rare daily insight into how they work and how they make decisions. Every decision was made based on what will give the best result possible?. Instead of seeing problems, Luke and his team saw challenges as opportunities to make the project better. As a result, when the original design presented real-world challenges, changes were made that gave us an even better result. Their pricing was fair and transparent, the teamwork was amazing, the reliability and timing were beyond reproach, and the final product of the highest quality. Luke Conant of Conant Andrews Construction completely remodeled a room in the basement for two of my male Bengal Stud Cats with a hard surface waterproof paneling called Trusscore on the walls and the ceiling! The quality of the work of Luke and his crew is phenomonal and I could not be any happier with the way the project turned out! My two male Bengal Cats are living there right now and are very happy in their warm and comfortable new home! I highly recommend you contact Conant Andrews for any new projects or renovations you are planning for your home now or in the near future! Luke and his team did an amazing job installing a bathroom were there was not one. They were all so professional and the skill level of the entire team was incredible. They also revamped a dirty , smelly walkout by adding a window, replacing two doors , insulating the walls and ceiling, and covering them with tongue and groove pine board. Cant wait for them to do another job in the spring.
