- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In our experience, clients want value and I focus on delivering value, the best experiences and also insider tips for your vacation investment. We value your lifetime relationship not a one time booking agent. Consider me your personal world concierge . Because we are not affiliated with any hotel, resort or cruise company, our #1 priority is your vacation experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During an initial complimentary consultation we get to know each other, your travel style and discuss options for your trip. If we decide to work together, we charge an upfront non-refundable trip planning fee. The fee is based on the complexity of your trip and is always communicated up front. We then research the best options for your vacation and provide you with a detailed itinerary and quote, usually within 48-72 hours. Most vacations can be confirmed with a deposit and final payment is due on average 75 days prior to travel.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several travel certifications including but not limited to Weddings, Sandals and Beaches, Disney, Royal Caribbean Cruising and weekly educational seminars for international travel and my expertise are in European Travel.
