As an RYT 200, Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher, and now Aerial Yoga Teacher I incorporate my 20 years of experience with yoga to create an authentic and fulfilling practice for others. I am passionate about helping clients arrive where they are at, through meditation, poses, and breath work. My personal experience with yoga and Ayurveda has helped me overcome physical ailments, improve my overall health, and deepened my self-awareness. Our time together will allow you to work toward your physical, emotional, spiritual goals. My style is unique for those new to yoga, individuals, adults, children, couples, and small groups. We had Kara come to our Airbnb to teach a gentle yoga class for a bachelorette weekend, and she was amazing! She made everyone feel super comfortable, gave great assists and modifications for all levels, and kept the vibe really relaxed and fun. The essential oils during shavasana were such a nice touch and we all felt so calm and refreshed after. Such a perfect way to kick off the weekend!

Kara was amazing! We had her come to our bachelorette venue for morning yoga in a field! We choose a gentle yoga for all stages and she was so adaptable! She made it fun, relaxing, and funny when the farm goats started screaming in the middle of meditation. She made the weekend perfect!
