As an RYT 200, Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher, and now Aerial Yoga Teacher I incorporate my 20 years of experience with yoga to create an authentic and fulfilling practice for others. I am passionate about helping clients arrive where they are at, through meditation, poses, and breath work. My personal experience with yoga and Ayurveda has helped me overcome physical ailments, improve my overall health, and deepened my self-awareness. Having experience with a variety of different practices I can create a class that provides you with everything you wish. My style is unique for those new to yoga, individuals, adults, children, couples, and small groups. I hold a certification through Yoga Alliance and lead with a trauma-informed practice.
