FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most General Home Inspections fall into the same price, $425-$500. All homes that are under 2,000 sf are $450. The price will change when the home is larger, or when Radon Testing ($200) or Water Quality Testing ($200-$250) is added.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As home purchases are not everyday purchases, most of my Customers are first-time Customers. I allow them to be as involved in the inspection as they like and communicate what my findings are as the inspection progresses. My goal is to have no surprises in the written report, so my Customers can leave the inspection more informed to make a better decision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm Certified with the National Association of Certified Home Inspections, a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors and also Nationally Certified by AARST-NRPP, the national Radon Certification body. My father has been the greatest trainer who gave me the knowledge of the right way to build and manage homes.
