Five Star Outstanding...........Terry Romero and his staff at Maine PC Pro were extremely helpful and informative in two instances where I needed professional assistance. Very prompt, concise and solved my PC issues quickly while communicating the problem in layman language. Second instance I asked them to assist me in setting up a web page of pictures and information that I could use in marketing vacation property I own. I was a bit reluctant to trust Thumbtack to find a computer expert to make a house call to set up my printer-WiFi-laptop network, but I'm glad I decided to go ahead. A tech from Maine PC Pro quickly gave an affordable estimate and very quickly we had an appointment set up. Terry arrived on time and immediately set me at ease with his professional, friendly, and relaxed manner. The work was done more quickly than expected and is entirely satisfactory. I now feel I have a new computer tech to rely on for my electronic needs!
