- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That I like to offer options on price. different situations call for different resolutions. someone looking for a remodel has already planed to spend $. someone with a roof leak did not. I take that into concideration
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To meet them, see their needs and offer my advise. if I dont think I am a fit I have people I can recomend. If I take the job, I am 100% commited.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is that I have been in the career for 10 solid years 6 days a week doing all phases of carpentry. Also have manager experience in retail which has taught me the customer is always right.
