- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge flat rates depending on various factors, such as size of home, number of rooms, occurence, level of cleaning needed, if there are pets, etc. I try to be flexible, as I believe that every home and every client is different, so I try to work with each client to be able to provide a high quality of service that is worth what they will pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love getting to know my clients, so a phone call is always ideal! If possible, I prefer to set up a time to meet with the client and look over their property to better gauge what the job will entail.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over a decade of experience in the cleaning industry. I am trained in very specific type of cleaning, such as fire and water damage restoration, mold remediation. Although these are services that I am not offering, it does speak to my vast knowledge of various cleaning procedures, chemicals, and tips (for example, types of paint that can be washed and types to keep dry).
