SnD were very responsive, professional and did great work patching sheetrock in my garage. The were conscious of cost and suggested ways to save money. Great work, and clean up! I am very pleased and will use them again.

I can’t review as the work was never done, the system allowed me to schedule an appointment even though he wasn’t available. Based on other reviews it’s not the first time this happened

So sorry for your experience Jill.
I’ve spoken to thumb tack for an explanation on why this keeps happening. Sadly they won’t change it. We have these specific days and times already blocked on the schedule as we’re booked already, so no one can book them, yet thumb tack is allowing it to be booked because “the dates can be changed once booked” is what they’re saying. which doesn’t make since as some people need help with their projects asap and can not wait months.
I think it’s just the systems way of still getting money from the pros for “leads” even if we don’t get to do the job, we’re still paying for just having the conversation with you guys. Then they send a review to the customers we haven’t even helped which is frustrating. The only other person this happened with she tried to book us on a weekend and thumb tack allowed it and we don’t work weekends.
Again we are very sorry for the inconvenience of not being able to service your needs.

I had an Unfinished project I needed help with, New Outlets, blinds, floating shelf’s for my kitchen and siding fixed on the exterior of my home because it broke in many spots this winter. Im very happy with the results & cost.

They came to give an estimate, then once we approved it they showed up two days later and got to work. They put beautiful floors in throughout our home, replaced my sliding door, painted my spare room and fixed some trim for us. I also had a toilet upstairs needing replacement and they did that too. 10 out of 10 would recommend. They were quick, efficient, friendly and down to earth people.
