Estimate from person he sent differed when owner showed up. Said he would be here to do the job by end of week, and would call the night before. One week later and still no call or service.

Very slow to respond to my requests for a quote. Lot’s of excuses/reasons why. A rep from his company finally came by long after I let out the contact to another Thumtack referral.

I am very busy and trying to get to get to everyone quickly by the time I got someone to get out to you for an estimate you already hired someone. No problem no hard feelings. But I don't appreciate the review I work hard to keep a 5 star rating.
